      <image:title>Pilates - Private Classes</image:title>
      <image:caption>Private Class: This is your time to get the benefit of Private instruction. We start with a warm-up on the Mat, move through a series of balance work then move onto the equipment. The class varies on YOUR specific needs, You may want to enhance a current activity, start a new regime or just want to get toned for an upcoming event this is your fitness class tailored to you. Private class for Rehabilitation: Many students, like myself come to Pilates for the therapeutic benefit it provides. If you are recovering from an injury, post-surgery, post physical therapy, suffer from chronic pain, immune compromised or illness this class is the best choice. This is a private class specified for strengthening you physically to live a fuller active life. This is not physical therapy so a doctor’s release is recommended. Semi-Private class: This is you and a partner working out and sharing the time/instruction of a class. We start with a warm up on the Mat, and the start of the Pilates Core work.  This class provides some individual attention and instruction, based on you and your partners needs. This class is only open to CURRENT, injury free students.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Circuit Class: This class is offered once a week, it is up to 4 people that have experience in Pilates and would like to come in and work out with some instruction on a Pre-Set routine. This class is a great way to add an additional day of Pilates. This class is not for beginners or anyone with an injury. Students must have teachers approval to join this class. Intro session: This is for a NEW student to the studio or NEW to Pilates. It is a 50min $75.00 Private class. This is an introduction to Pilates concepts. You will have a greater understanding of the basics in Pilates work, the Mat and the equipment. Release form, intake and all questions including scheduling are addressed during this informative session. All students must take this intro before setting up any additional classes. **Date class: This class is for couples who enjoy working out together! If you come once a week or just add a class to your individual practice its a fun and healthy way to spend time together.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Studio - The Studio Space</image:title>
      <image:caption>A sacred space for your growth &amp; transformation Our studio space is bright and airy, open with high ceilings and lots of natural light.  I have worked in every type of studio over the years, some have been converted spaces, subleases, chiropractic offices, gyms, private homes and even outside, and this space is by far my favorite. It is intimate but not small. Open but not overwhelming. The colors are soothing and natural. My small fountain softens the industrial architecture and music is kept low and in the background. Interspersed with the equipment is lush greenery, empowering art, and spiritual touches to connect you deeper with yourself. The space is not serious or stuffy. Our time together is work that should be enjoyed, and our studio is perfectly curated to be a sacred space for your growth and transforation.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>We have three reformer/Tower combos to work on, a wunda chair, boxes, jump board, mats and lots of props. The reformer I chose to put in the studio is a Balanced Body Allegro. This piece of equipment offers the largest flexibility of any Pilates reformer. It is my personal favorite that I have worked on over the 17 years I have been doing Pilates and often hear from clients "You can do everything on this machine!"</image:caption>

      <image:title>About Pilates - Is Pilates for you?</image:title>
      <image:caption>The most common question I get is, "Is Pilates for me?" The simple answer is YES! Everyone is capable of doing Pilates and experiencing its many mind and body benefits. What first let me to pilates was an injury, but what kept me practicing (and eventually teaching!) were the enormous mind and body benefits I saw and felt. So what are these benefits? If you are interested in muscle tone and weight loss a Pilates program with a cardio program will give you fantastic results.  If you are wanting to try Pilates to enhance another program or sport, it works wonderfully to improve your range of motion, flexibility, core strength and balance.  If you are interested in doing Pilates to help recover from an injury or a chronic physical setback, the program is tailored to your specific needs. If you have a debilitating condition or are in chronic pain, Pilates is gentle enough to be done at your individual pace. If you are shy or dislike large gyms Pilates is great for that private "zen" vibe. If you have a hard time finding a class that fits your schedule, Pilates can be scheduled at your convenience. If you are interested in a program that teaches you how to feel taller, longer or stronger Pilates is for you.</image:caption>
